In this example, a purchase starts the sequence. Five days later, the customer receives an email inviting an honest review. The button opens GadgetCity’s Google review destination directly. Optional reminders can follow on the schedule approved during setup.
Timing is configurable. A completed-service or delivery event may be a better trigger when customers need more time to experience what they bought.
